David J. Brann is a partner in the Canton and Troy offices of BWCB. David concentrates on civil litigation, family law, real estate, estate planning and probate. He was admitted to the Bar of Pennsylvania in 1999 and to the Bar of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania in 2002.
David received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1990 and a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Toledo College of Law in 1994. Upon graduation from law school, he served as a law clerk in the Court of Common Pleas of Bradford County, Pennsylvania.
In addition to his law practice, David has served as president of the Bradford County Chapter of Big Brothers / Big Sisters, French Azilum, Inc., and the Canton Lions Club.
