Megan S. Wells

Megan S. WellsMegan S. Wells is a Tioga County native who graduated from Elkland Area High School in 2005. She received a Bachelor of Arts Degree (magna cum laude) from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania in 2009 and her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from The Pennsylvania State University, The Dickinson School of Law, in the spring of 2015, graduating in the top 20% of her class.

Before graduating from Penn State Dickinson Law, Megan served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Pamela A. Ruest of the Centre County Court of Common Pleas. She also served as a Certified Legal Intern for both the Clearfield and Centre County District Attorney’s Offices, where she conducted preliminary hearings on behalf of the Commonwealth. She spent one year as a Student Attorney in the Penn State Family Law Clinic, where she represented survivors of domestic violence and indigent clients in divorce, custody, support, and adoption matters.

After obtaining her J.D., Megan returned to the Twin Tiers and joined the firm in the summer of 2015. Admitted to the bar in October of 2015, she concentrates her practice in the areas of oil and gas law, contract and real property disputes, family law, criminal law, and real estate transactions.

Ms. Wells resides in Athens with her daughter and her fiancé, Dyson Williams.
